We suggest placing head down by knees after nasal application - this will allow the solution to reach under eyes and not drain back out of the nose - look left for 15 seconds - then look right for 15 seconds - then stand up and tilt head back allowing the rest to reach behind nasal passages by adenoids area.

Nasal applicators are made for plastic bottles, not glass. This can create leaking through the threads during shipping. To ensure this does not happen we heat the plastic applicator to a high temperature so it will seal to the threads of the glass. This heated seal sometimes creates condensation and pressure within the bottle and draws iodine up the nasal tube applicator after sealing. This may leave iodine stains on the nasal applicator. It is a normal occurrence and is safe for use. It is through pressure sealing and condensation that this happens.
